I initially just wanted help choosing paint colors to redo the kitchen, living room, bedroom and hallway. Cindi came, toured the rooms, and talked about what "look" I was trying to achieve. I found that I was able to tell her what I didn't like, but couldn't articulate what I wanted the finished product to look like. We choose the colors and after listening to Cindi's suggestions, I ended up asking her to help me implement them (area rugs, drapery panels, lighting fixtures, dining table and chairs etc). I am thrilled with the way my home has come together...it is coordinated and one room flows in to the next....everything is perfect. We needed advice on furniture placement and sizing, as well as color selections that would work with what we had in adjoining rooms. We had a neutral wall color in our family room. Karen listened to our desires and questioned us on our preferences of styles/colors/sizes of furniture, window treatments and other accessories before selecting 4 or 5 grouping of fabric choices and furniture placements. She has an excellent eye for color and is wonderful at pulling together colors from adjoining rooms to make the final product blend so nicely. She made the process seem so easy by selecting various floor plans of furniture layouts, selecting several options for each piece of furniture we needed (sofa/sectional, chairs, ottomans, tables, lamps) allowing us to make the final selections but steering us in the right direction if she felt we needed assistance or advice in these areas. The final result was a beautiful family room with soft colors that blended so well with our newly renovated open kitchen and adjoining dining room. Everything turned out beautifully. The whole process only required a few meetings for discussions and selections and the final delivery/set up was flawless.
