She has always been professional and pleasant to work with. She willingly discusses what I like and because of her excellent expertise and knowledge in design is able to suggest several ideas to choose from. I have always been very satisfied with her design skill and recommendations. She understands my desire to work within a certain budget and makes appropriate design choices that I can agree on. Recently I purchased vertical blinds and a shade from her for our cabin and was unsatisfied with the quality of the vanes for one window. Sandra immediately did what needed to be done to rectify the situation with no further cost to me. I truly appreciate her diligent effort always in making sure we are completely satisfied.
