Entire interior was gutted, removing two dividing walls between kitchen and living room, switching from cast iron radiators to a hydro-air system, moving the front bedroom forward into the original front entry hall to create a half bath, and closing off the door to the bathroom in the dining area so it is now only accessed through the master bedroom. New Andersen 400 series windows were installed throughout the home.
