She first came to our house, discussed what we wanted to do, and gave us a proposal on what her part of the project would cost us. Her work product includes design consulting, on-site measurements, 3D design plans, to-scale drawings and bid set, color schemes, detailed budget including high, medium and low estimates for furnishing and fixtures, help with fixture and product selection, and soliciting bids from multiple contractors. She also provides, at no additional cost, a wholesale buying service where she will place orders (for items such as cabinets, plumbing, lighting, tile) at significant discount to you, rather than your having to buy them at full retail. You can save a significant amount through this part of her service. Jackie was fun and easy to work with and when my husband and I realized we had completely different ideas about the color scheme, she helped us navigate through that. After a long search, I finally stumbled across the Venue site, where I could finally get a price, and order a single tile in each of two colors.
