Not only did it feel like we overpaid for our flooring but they didn't stand behind their work when we experienced issues. Unfortunately they only provide a very limited warranty and tend to blame the customer for any issues you might be experiencing. My advice is to go elsewhere if you have the choice! **★ — wdjmb, Sept. 2018** > Very disappointed in Focal Point. Entire lower level tack strip nails were left exposed on carpet that abutted bar area and jack and jill bath (from both bedrooms) and a 3/4 bath. Was told by Erik that we pretty much had to live with it. It would void the warranty to fix it. Really??? After saying that was ridiculous he back paddled a bit but then still said it could have been the type of carpet we chose. The nails are exposed.
