> Joe Wynn and his team were a pleasure to work with and translated our dream home wish list into a solid working design.  Due to the shape of our lot, the restrictions of being on the water we needed an architect since available plans would not work.  Mr. Wynn is very knowledgeable in the entire home building process.  He was able to advise us on everything from selecting sheet rock, the merits of spray foam or roll insulation to the latest in zoned heating and cooling systems.  We were able to make informed decisions and changed many things we thought we wanted such as a crawl space to a slab; or a metal roof to an asphalt shingle one based on what we learned on the pros and cons from him.
> On our first appointment we were pleased to find another couple there having their second home designed by Wynn and Associates.  The references we received were also very positive.  Brad was quick to get back to all our questions and scheduling and we were very happy with Elizabeth’s talented work on the plans.  Since Tallahassee is a two hour drive it was also helpful to be able to send information back and forth with a tech savvy team.

A: The wine racks and all cabinets for this project were custom. They were assembled on site.

A: Thank you.! Yes, it is a custom table designed by the clients.

A: The final finish selections were chosen by the clients with their designer but are similar to the ones listed below. 

Main color in Repose Gray SW7015 & trim color in Elder White SW7014 by Sherwin-Williams.

Where is the door from?

A: The barn door was designed for the clients with the help of their designer, Tom Guilford, and custom made for this project. Similar hardware can be found at  http://www.realslidinghardware.com/. I hope this helps.

**Q: Can you tell what brand the tub is?** *(in Photo Questions)*

A: This tub is really beautiful. It was specified by the client, but I think it looks similar to the Kohler 6040 drop-in bath.

A: Isn't it great? The client specified that product, so I'm not sure where it's from, but I've done a little research and I think it looks very similar to an Allen + Roth pendant from Lowe's. Hope that helps!
