**Q: what is the paint co.or of the wood?** *(in Photo Questions)*

What is the paint color of the wood?

A: Unfortunately, this was a custom color created to match the existing color of the house.  We didn't have a specific color.  It was a Sherwin Williams product.  Sorry I can't be more help.

A: We used treated pine.  We let it weather about 45 days before we painted it.

I have been looking at plans very much like this. I went to the Robbins Construction website, but could not find any reference to this house plan. Can you assist me in finding out that info?

A: This was a Frank Betz plan.

A: Thank you, that is a Kitchenaid, 48" gas range/griddle combination cooktop.  I am sorry I don't have the model number.

**Q: Why is the siding touching the ground with dirt covering the siding?** *(in Photo Questions)*

The exterior siding is touching the dirt and also dirt is piled up against the siding.  Why was there not a raised concrete footing or curb poured to get the siding up and away from the ground?

A: Thank you for your comments.  There is a french drain under the grade.
