No surprises, I was given a detailed quote with the price, number of windows, selection of windows and the project time-line. The employees were professional  during the estimate, measurement of window, and installation. After the windows were installed,  I was given a calendar of dates, if needed, to check the windows function and have not had to call them since there have been no issues. As the old windows were replaced and disposed of,  the employees respected my home as if it were their own.

**Q: Where do you see yourself brushing your teeth every morning?** *(in Design Dilemma)*

A: I like \#1 & \#2 as well!!

**Q: Bathroom countertop trash can access.** *(in Design Dilemma)*

Is it incorrect to have a small hole drilled in my bathroom  marble countertop so I can place a trash can below?  It will be a beautiful high quality bathroom when done but we didn't plan for a place for the trash can.  Would this idea seem too much like a hotel?

A: I agree, I don't think that you will achieve the look that you are going for. I would find a really nice waste basket that you can leave out, or put under the sink.

**Q: Replace that wooden deck!** *(in Before & After)*

This home had a "typical" builder grade wooden deck.  Our design team worked with the client to create an expanded entertainment space for their family and friends to enjoy.  


We were excited to use Prescott,  a brand new Techo Bloc wall product.  
The patio is natural cleft, full-color PA bluestone.  Steps are solid, thermal cut PA bluestone.  
The built in grill and bar utilizes the sam wall materials with a granite counter top.

**Q: Which bedding to match room?** *(in Design Dilemma)*

Just moved into a new house and I'm looking for a new bedding set (twin) that will match well. I'd like to pull some floral elements from the chandelier. Which bedding set do you like best? Do you have any other ones you've found that would work better? Thanks guys!

A: I agree, we really need to know if it is for an adult or a teen? Also, are you leaving the wall colors, is there any pictures of the furniture that will be in the room?

**Q: New Siding on 1920s Bungalow** *(in Before & After)*

We have been renovating our 1920s vintage bungalow and although the inside and the landscaping needed a lot of work, we hadn’t originally planned to replace the exterior siding. However, after we pulled down the interior walls and could actually see
daylight through the old lap siding (because there was not a single
piece of insulation), we knew that we'd have to change the siding too. (We also found termites eating one part of the house!)

The new exterior siding (below) looks much better and we added OSB under the
siding for more stability. We chose HardiPlank lap siding instead of
regular wood
siding as it doesn’t rot. We didn’t like the stock colors for having the
siding ready-painted so we ordered it in yellow primer so we could paint it later. 
We ultimately painted it blue:

Who doesn't love the extra storage that medicine cabinets can give? They hold your cosmetics, medicines, skin care products, and other toiletries! 
No matter your style preference, there is a cabinet for you. Mirrored, frosted, glass, or wood, the choice is up to you!
