They did not seal up three ceiling of blown in cellulose and had to come back and seal up ceiling. They left the electrical wiring on the central vacuum exposed and I got shocked from it. That's just unsafe. They were not thorough. They used so much equipment that they blew a fuse and caused alk the good on the refrigerator to spoil. Not recommended at all. They were clearly not happy that they were not chosen to do the restoration work. I wonder why? **★★★★★ — Dalia Kata, Dec. 2015** > Ron Ungerman, owner of Ungerman Construction has performed many jobs for me in the last 25 years, I will not have any other company come into my house to perform any work. His employees are the most knowledgeable, neat in their work, always punctual to show up at the set time....While I lived in my old house (40 years) they did remodeling and when I put the house on the market UC did all the repairs necessary... When I purchased my Edina condo in 2007 UC did a complete remodel replacing all flooring, total kitchen and bathrooms, closets and laundry room as well as painting the whole unit. Four years ago I contacted them again as there was a leak from the upstairs unit and I had a flood in one bedroom and closet--within the hour from when I called, I had two guys show up with huge fans to dry up the areas of the damage and had those fans run for days until everything was dry and the damage was repaired and painted. I have recommended them thru the years to all members of my immediate family for very extensive remodeling and repairs with complete satisfaction and reasonable pricing....These are the reasons why I am giving them a 5 stars rating !!!!!
