He is one of the few contractors that I recommend highly to my clients and I have been working with him for over a dozen years. His work is impeccable and he takes pride in his work. Not only can you expect a beautiful outcome but he provides a smooth process by being organized and a great communicator. It is a huge value to me to have a contractor that can execute my designs above and beyond my expectations. I look forward to many more collaborations with Yelcon Development. **Comment from Yelcon Development:** > Thanks Samantha, it's a pleasure working with you. Your designs and service is fantastic! ## Selected projects - [Reclaimed Wood Warmth](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/reclaimed-wood-warmth-pj-vj~2893568) - Location: Not specified - Photos: 11 - [Large Open KItchen](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/large-open-kitchen-pj-vj~2674450) - Location: Discovery Bay, CA - Photos: 7 - [Great Room Kitchen](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/great-room-kitchen-pj-vj~2691735) - Location: Pleasanton, CA - Photos: 9 - [Gold Bathroom](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/gold-bathroom-pj-vj~2225009) - Location: Pleasanton, CA - Photos: 7 - [SoCal Country Chic'](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/socal-country-chic-pj-vj~2736208) - Location: Not specified - Photos: 5 - [Waterside hall bath](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/waterside-hall-bath-pj-vj~2672137) - Location: Discovery Bay, CA - Photos: 4 - [Open Space](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/open-space-pj-vj~1555555) - Location: Not specified - Photos: 14 - [Stunning Master Bath](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/stunning-master-bath-pj-vj~2545880) - Location: Discovery Bay, CA - Photos: 6 - [Modern kitchen with blue and white cabinets](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/modern-kitchen-with-blue-and-white-cabinets-pj-vj~1560855) - Location: Danville, CA - Photos: 2 - [Surf's up! The owners hired out the painting. I will ask the owners if the have that info. **Q: Hand Towel Holders** *(in Photo Questions)* What kind of hand towel holders are these please? A: They are from Watermark Designs. They are out of Brooklyn NY. My designer chose to use a robe hook for these hand towels instead of a ring or bar. I believe the model is their 29-0.5 **Q: Is this mirror all one piece or mulitple sections?** *(in Photo Questions)* A: Yes, 4 sections with the upper piece cut to the shape of the arch. I extended the back of the mirror with a substrate so the mirror would be flush with the (2) recessed medicine cabinet mirrors and the profile of the marble backsplash --- *Source: Houzz professional profile.
