Martin visited the site each day and had a positive rapport with his experienced contractors. Martin and his team does quality work, after our first meeting I had confidence in Martin's work experience. > I have since sold that home and one of my biggest regrets was leaving that bathroom. > Unfortunately, I do not have a picture, but I believe Martin does. **★★★★ — chktds0827, Dec. 2013** > We had chosen a passive solar, well insulated, 1450 sq ft ( with walk out lower level ( another 1450 sq ft) design. Not knowing any builders, we chose a few from the Kingston Builders Assoc. We were very impressed with the detail of the Concord estimate. This was our first building experience. The house was considered a 'custom' home and was a 'turn key' home. This meant that the builder would see the project through completely until we moved in. Neither of us were able to be at the building site daily, so we had to trust our builder completely. We found Concord to be respectful and responsive throughout the project. The Concord builders and sub-trades were all very pleasant and willing to answer all our questions. Visiting the site was easy and comfortable. The passive solar required some particular design consideration and Concord added the needed siting, window size and eave changes. Martin Mack oversaw the entire project and insisted on attention to detail, especially in the insulating and sealing of the airtight construction. It was a learning experience for us, not unusual for this kind of project. We did go over budget. All additional costs were explained. There have been a few problems in this first year. Nothing very surprising, and Concord has responded quickly.
