We recently had our roof replaced by Wedge. I then received a special assessment for roof repair that was not communicated by anyone from Wedge. There was no proof the work was actually performed and bad parts were replaced. Just his word against mine. Is this ethical? All of the additional work necessary once we started was presented to the HOA's representative, a change order for the additional work and associated cost was generated, and a fully approved change order was received prior to the work being performed. We do understand your concern, however, I believe your frustration is with the HOA and its policies, not Wedge Roofing.
