In the beginning, their in-house designers helped resolve my plan and provided numerous versions. Their subcontractors and suppliers were skilled, courteous, and efficient. Their construction manager was on top of the project and resolved all errors or changes with efficiency and fairness; he answered my questions as needed and also made a few suggestions which greatly improved my house plan. Pecoy delivered the house on time and for the contract price, and all changes which I made were clearly accounted for in writing and in a timely manner. As in every construction project, there were a few issues to resolve (although not major in my opinion), but when those issues occurred, Pecoy was fair and professional.
