I would now like to revise that with a glowing review for Cristina and the entire team in California who saved the day! > While it did take a long time to get what I needed, Cristina at Maestro stayed in contact. And when she found out we hadn't received any response from the case she setup, she immediately involved her manager. They were amazing! They setup a video call and then called Italy later that same night. They got the rough in valve fast tracked and we had it in a little over a week! The entire time it felt like they truly cared about the end result. And when we had a follow up question regarding the face plate, Cristina setup another call with herself and Rami, the support manager, to answer my questions. They were kind and always friendly - my situation was unusual and I now know they did their best for me! And the products are amazing, the quality is better than anything else we've ever purchased and we are thrilled with them. If you want beautiful and the best, I can definitely recommend Maestro Bath.
