> DO NOT USE this company. All windows they installed in our home in Rideau Forest (Manotick) need to be replaced due to improper installation and this company has refused to respond to us despite the fact we paid for a 10 year warranty on workmanship. One window cracked in the first year and has yet to be replaced despite the safety risk and assurances by the owner. At least four operator windows cannot be used and can only be closed if someone goes outside and pushes on the window - this is impossible for a second story window. You can see the curve/pressure that the windows are under. All trim work was rushed with unsightly gaps or does not line up or they used the wrong materials contrary to the contract. We have held off posting this hoping they would honor their contract and reputation, however have been unsuccessful in getting any answers from this local company. We even provided the company with a binder of printed photos and listed deficiencies which prompted the owner to attend our house and see the work himself. Despite assurances that they would honour their contract, and fix the deficiencies, nothing has changed since 2018. Included are a few samples of their work on a job that was tens of thousands of dollars. Manotick Windows and Doors, please contact us to resolve this.
