> I am so happy I ended up working with MegaBuiilders. Belin was a pleasure to work with and always responsive to my calls and concerns. Our house turned out even better than I anticipated. I was impressed that so many of the guys working on the job have been with the company for many years, this says a lot about a company and how they take care of their workers. All of the subs who worked on my house were professional and easy to work and communicate with and the quality of their work was top notch.

> I was interested in home remodeling for a while. The thing that kept me from starting the process was that there are always so many different opinions on what should go where , cost , timeline of the project etc.
> It takes someone with a lot of knowledge and a ton of experience to work with someone like me. This is due to the fact that I am very meticulous with how I want things done , the completed look and the overall updates that come with a lengthy process.

We had been told to make a list of items according to our budget and what made sense for us. Belin had begun the procedure of mapping and planning the rest while keeping me in the loop throughout the process.

The workers were always working (with the exception of appropriate breaks of course). > Its with great disappointment that soon after construction/remodeling started that we got to know the real Belin, the owner. They were completely disorganized, no customer service and no communication. He would just do things without letting us know and had an excuse for every mishap. Finally after the job was "completed," little did we know that it wasn't. Hardscape was done improperly, plumbing wasn't done correctly, and to top it all off, our beautifull hardwood floors which cost us an arm and a leg are squeaking all over, unleveled and dip In some places which makes it unsafe for anything moderately heavy. He is not willing to fix the floors off course at no surprise to us. We have to rip out and destroy the whole floor and buy new hardwood, AGAIN.Long story short, do yourself a favor and AVOID this company.

Mega Builders is mostly a referral based company which means we are trusted for our integrity and ability to deliver satisfactory and impeccable work, in all of our years of working with distinc customers with different backgrounds and cultures we had yet to come across unique individuals who posses blackmailing and extortion qualities as you do.  At the end of the day Please keep in mind you have an open balance which is due immediately.

> My husband and I bought a fixer-upper that needed a total gut renovation and we wanted to add to the square footage of the house ~500 sqft to be a master bedroom and bathroom suite. I was 5 months pregnant at the time when we hired Belin at Mega Builders to do the job and he promised on the day we signed the contract that I would be able to move into our new home in plenty of time before the baby arrived. I was skeptical about the timing he promised especially since I've had lots of past experience with renovations (renovated 6 apartments). Not only was I in my new home before the baby arrived, but I had enough time to unpack AND get organized in time for our new little one! The work went so smoothly, we had no issues with any of the workers or permits/inspections, no delays, and everything was managed so well that my husband and I were hardly bothered by our contractor! And we weren't 'nickeled and dimed' for minor changes that we wanted to make. This is just unheard of in construction!!
> No less important is how trustworthy and knowledgeable Belin is. In all my experience, I've not met a contractor before that had the integrity that Belin has. I would hands down, without zero hesitation, hire Belin for any construction work that I may need in the future!!
