> Michael and his HVAC staff did a tremendous job in explaining and laying out all that was involved in replacing our HVAC system (Heat Pump and Air Handler).  The system they installed is SUPER quiet (I had to go downstairs to see if the air handler was working because we couldn't hear the familiar whoosh of air coming out of our vents (LoL)!   I would recommend Michael and his staff for any HVAC system replacement.  You will not be disappointed!!!

> We had a really great experience with MJA Design, highly recommended.  The compressor in our 15 year old heat pump died, and Mike came by very promptly to assess and give some options.  It was clear within a few minutes that Mike is \*very\* passionate about what he does, he was showing me screenshots of his HVAC system at home and (as a fellow Electrical Engineer) went into the weeds on some of the finer details and specifications for the options in my home.  Everything was very low pressure, and of all the companies that came by to give estimates, Mike was the only one who was both doing the estimate AND the install, which gave us some confidence that he wasn't just trying to make a quick sale and move onto the next.  To add to this, Mike replied immediately to any inquiries we had (even at 10PM on a Friday evening) which demonstrated some great customer service.

Within a few hours we had heat back in our home and they hauled away all the old equipment leaving no mess behind.  One week later and we've had no qualms or issues.  Thanks again guys!

Going for an environmentally-friendly 1940s-style design, I had done a fair amount of legwork in advance with regard to likes/dislikes.  It paid off because when it came to design challenges (the kitchen area is small), Matt, Tanya, and I easily brainstormed and worked through trade-offs.  I'd had my heart set on an apron-front sink, for example, but when that wouldn't fit, Matt's cabinet design complemented Tanya's energetic research to find a suitable alternative.  As a result, we found a spectacular Kohler cast iron enamel sink that perfectly suits the character and scale of my kitchen.  Matt's cabinets are built to last; as is his crowning glory--a beautiful walnut top to the peninsula.  I've received several "oohs and aahs" as guests take note of the exceptional craftsmanship. Finally, Larry demonstrated master craftsman skill, ideas, and attention to detail--it was a pleasure to watch him daily make the dream a reality.

A: It a Miele CVA4075. Having it built-in vs on the counter is just an aesthetic, it doesn't have any additional functional benefits.
