> Do not hire this contractor. He is over priced, lies and forgets all instruction, and does not stand by his work. He will bring in unlicensed subcontractors and does not follow through with their work.  He  works on projects out of ordering resulting in additional costs to the home owner. He is not flexible with requests  and is extremely difficult to work with during any project.  You constantly have to micromanage him since  he starts jobs and never finishes any project.  Any issues that arises during construction are not his fault as he takes no responsibility and blames everyone else for any issues or problems that arise.   We had to stop using him and bring in a new contractor to fix and finish the  job.
