He was very detailed in his work and made sure he got the job done right. Steve was also very courteous and friendly and easy to work with and showed up when he said he would show up. After many interesting setbacks, our primary contractor brought in Steve to make everything perfect, and perfect is exactly what we got. There were never any unanswered questions. More of the opposite. He communicated with us all throughout the build keeping us fully informed every step of the way. We got exactly what we were looking for, and then some. He managed scheduling all the subcontractors for plumbing, drywall, tiling. We had full trust in him. There were many challenges during the build with products including incorrect parts and an exploding glass shower door. (That's a story in itself) Steve took this all in stride and helped us with the manufacturer to correct the problems. Being a homeowner and in the past doing everything myself, and with exacting taste, I recommend Steve to anyone who wants things done right, the first time. I have full trust and respect for him and his company.
