> We ordered blinds in early June and were told by the consultant that it would be 2-3 weeks. It is now July 13th and they never call us but I have to call and find out the status of the blinds that were ordered.  I am now told that they are in but no installer has contacted us.

> Home touch was great to work with for my window treatments. I started out not knowing what I wanted and after meeting with Susan she showed me several options. I decided on the silhouette shades and I absolutely love them! They look so pretty in my house. One of the shades came in and didn't work quite right when the installer put it up. They immediately got the problem fixed without a hassle because I was leaving town shortly after and didn't want to be without it. I really appreciate how helpful they were.
