Included in the remodel was a completely new kitchen, windows, a huge sliding glass door across the back of the house that let in a ton of natural light, new sheet rock everywhere, LED lighting, hand scraped teak flooring, complete electrical and plumbing, HVAC, and a new laundry room. The cost of just the garage was approx. $225k. This is in a historic district and required a number of purist architectural details which increased the cost significantly. It also has a finished loft above and the vehicle area is fully insulated and heated. You can get the same look with vinyl products now. There are many "real look" offerings. We tend to use certainteed vinyl on more price conscious projects. The project was constructed prior to prefinished Hardi being available prefinished in their color -plus technology. The upper gables are also Hardi but are the shake look "shingle siding". I believe it was a 21 x 23 deep style. I cannot find all of my notes as this project dates back to 2011. I think the similar model from Elkay is ELUH211810DBG?
