> We were excited to move into our new home in South Reno last year, but immediately noticed a problem with water drainage after storms.  We would overflow and wash out our neighbors yard!  We put it off, but this year has been crazy weather.

They regraded our pavers and made a swale as they call it (I call it a very nice ditch) and filled it will rocks that matched our current landscaping to solve the problem.  They also fixed the damage our overflow caused to our neighbors yard.  We are very happy and so are our neighbors!

> Signature communicated with me the whole time and completed the job when they said they would.  Best of all their crew worked hard and were very patient with my son who wanted to “help” them reinstall the pavers.

> Working with this company has been a nightmare. I've finally had to resort to filing complaints with federal and state consumer affairs agencies.

> I was a customer of this company briefly in March and April of 2016.  I cancelled my service in April 2016 and settled my balance.  The work they did was adequate, but a little too expensive for what I was getting.

> The end of May rolls around and I get an invoice for May.  I call them and say "hey, I cancelled in April, and you guys never did any service in May "; the girl I talk to says don't worry about it, she'll handle it and have it removed from account.

> June rolls around, I get another invoice, this time with a interest charge attached on the balance.  I called them again, let them know this still isn't resolved and they say they'll take care of it.

> Guess what happens in July? Yep, you guessed it.  Another invoice, another call, another promise... and still no action except this time, there's a note to my account claiming I cancelled when I called to complain in May about my billing.

> I called in August, talked to a nice lady and explained what was going on.  She told me that the girl that I had talked to in April had quit and wasn't exactly an A+ employee, and that she would talk to the owner and have this fixed.  Was it?  NOPE.

> I finally got fed up dealing with these a\*\*clowns and told them that if this didn't get resolved, I was going to start having to take actions to make them.  They said go for it, so I've filed claims for mail fraud, and registered complaints with the NV Attorney General and other agencies.  If you've had a bad experience with these guys, I'd encourage you to do the same, because the more complaints these agencies receive the more likely they will be to investigate and prosecute.

**Q: Paint:  body and trim** *(in Photo Questions)*

Can you tell me what paint was used and colors of the body & trim of this house?  Thank you!!

A: Hi Lisa,  glad you like the house, but we did the pavers and landscaping :)  Let us see if anyone around her on that project can recall the paint for this home.

**Q: curved pergola beams** *(in Photo Questions)*

What a cool form! What was your bending process? Beams look thin enough to be possibly formed right around posts with nothing but mechanical fasteners.

A: We used magic!  Naaaaa, but it is our secret.  What we will say is that this was a combination of a chemical treatment, soaking, steaming and forms.  This was quite the project, but it turned out fabulous (or at least we think so).  Thanks for noticing!

**Q: what are the colors of the pavers called** *(in Photo Questions)*
