> Courtney Lake of Monogram Decor did a fabulous job redecorating my bedroom from the floor up! He was always friendly and professional and had loads of ideas and solutions! The subcontractors he used were also professional and very neat. I would highly recommend him for any home decorating job!

> I want to publicly thank & highly recommend a wonderfully talented designer whose consultation yesterday will help turn my 'house' into my 'home'. Courtney Lake, every tweak you did here yesterday and every sketch & example for items to purchase I received today, are perfect!! Tom & I both love your recommendations!! (And you know that Tom appreciates that you agreed with him that we don't need additional window treatments in the Den, LOL!!) Your talent is beautifully showcased in the Blu Homes model and I am grateful that you take on small budget jobs like ours too!! You were a joy to work with!! Thank you.

> Courtney designed my daughter's nursery. He created a vibrant and beautifully designed space that was clearly meant for a child without sacrificing style. He took a small, dark space and filled it with color. I really wanted a fun, colorful space and I hate stereotypical girly pinks and pastels. He went the opposite directions: turquoise walls, yellow dresser, and bright white ceiling and just the right pop of black and white pattern in the carpet. He created baby friendly art vignettes that went on the wall over the crib and changing table. We had all this new baby furniture and no idea how to make it a cohesive whole. Everything Courtney transformed--closet, window, light fixture--suddenly added rather than detracted from the space. He took what we had and made something we could never had created for ourselves. He added, edited, painted and arranged until we had a whole new space. Even now after moving out the furniture she's outgrown, the room still looks fantastic because it was created to be flexible with her changing needs. I highly recommend his services.

> Courtney Lake and his team are 100% amazing and became our go-team resource for all things design. Our relationship started when we met Courtney through a mutual friend and began to discuss our excited about our new condo with our displeasure over our "hodge-podge" collection of furnishings and our desire for our new home to be just that--a true home representative of our style while comfortable and cozy. In addition, we were freaking out over the fact that we'd have a 1-bedroom with the need to accommodate guests on occasion and that we have THREE CATS! He seamlessly and professionally built us a castle in the sky that everyday I am in awe over and so grateful to live in. He perfectly melded the pieces we wanted to keep and loved and made them the centerpieces of our new home and very affordably furnished the rest with beautiful pieces, art, fabrics and rugs that not only represent us but are gorgeous and durable enough that not even our car heard can destroy! He had a solution and a smile for every problem we through at him and he handled EVERYTHING turnkey. It was truly the most enjoyable experience I could have ever hoped for. He made moving, dealing with contractors, construction, pain in the butt building managers, vendors, etc, etc fun! Because he did it all and we just got to sit back and watch our dream home come to life. It's been over two years since the final piece was laid and it's still exactly how he left it--bright and shiny as ever. As I said, at least once a day I smile looking at our perfectly stylish, comfy and highly functional home and am so pleased to call Courtney my designer and my friend. He has since designed my professional office space and we've referred him to several happy friends. His design fees are more than reasonable and the discounts he brokered on our new furnishings were amazing. Be wise and work with him and his team. You will NOT be disappointed. - JJ & Peter (1 Hawthorne, San Francisco)

> Courtney was a tremendous help with our kitchen remodel. My husband and I have different tastes and Courtney guided us through what could have been a very difficult process (had we done it ourselves). He is incredibly knowledgeable and had great ideas for color, theme and design. He is punctual, thorough, and professional.

**★★★★★ — daviddallison, March 2014**

> Where to start? Courtney is such a gifted designer and he did a fantastic job helping me decorate and improve the function of my condo. We started with a blank canvas, white walls, bare floors, minimal furniture - and ended with a space I am so proud to call home. Courtney really helped me understand my aesthetic by presenting various options for each decision before I mad a selection. There are many aspects of the end result that I would have never had the insight to select on my own...but that I absolutely love. My space is modern and edgy, yet very comfortable and functional. We used vendors that I wouldn't have found on my own and Courtney managed the process like a pro - from navigating the HOA rules to overseeing contractors on a daily basis.

> Overall, I couldn't be more pleased with the design experience or the resulting product - he completely exceeded my expectations. I've recommended Courtney to several friends and would use him again without hesitation.

**Q: Love this Periodic Chart and your style.** *(in Photo Questions)*

Where did this periodic chart come from? Thank you.

A: Client is in pharma and we were able to score it from his work. For a similar look, we suggest looking at Etsy: https://www.etsy.com/search?q=periodic+table or checking your local paper for school closures which tend to sell off all these items for cheap.
