Her style is light and and approachable while always remaining professional and clear on her finished product. She's an articulate speaker while always remaining a careful listener. Our projects together have never needed the use of fillers or "blend pieces" due to after thought. Every detail is worked out right up front with zero guess work. She will carefully consider any variations I may offer on design from the thirty years I have in this business. In a word, she's thourough. This shows in the final results of her projects. Together, we began the process of designing and building my house. > > Working with Karyn was easy and pleasant. While discussing all the many decisions and choices to be made, Karyn could explain to me in ways I really understood, what was involved; why we could NOT do A, if I absolutely wanted B and C.
