> Terrible contractor.  Hired to build a custom home.  Shoddy work, refuses to complete project until paid in full.   Does not listen to the client.  Basement leaks, door hung backwards, walls not square, plumbing issues and more. He will not complete the project.  Suggest you have legal counsel look over ALL paperwork before signing.  Would not recommend  this contractor.
