> After meeting with a few builders, we went with Winfield Homes and we are very pleased with the result! We had never been involved in a new construction before, but had heard/read some horror stories of how things can go wrong, so one of our primary goals was to find a contractor who would be there with us through the end and not drop the ball if problems arose with punch list items, subcontractors, etc. Winfield was there for us and did not disappoint. We did have an issue with some of the tile work by one of the subs, and Winfield was helpful getting it resolved and fixed. Construction was also taking place approximately May 2021-Jan 2022, and there were various Covid related supply chain issues and delays but Winfield did a wonderful job navigating that and still completing the project very close to the original estimated completion date. Communication was good throughout the process, and we felt like we understood what was happening along the way. The team was friendly and easy to work with. We have now been in our home for about 16 months and we love it! It’s beautifully done, and we would definitely recommend Winfield to anyone looking to build a new home.

> Jim, Tom and Jason were absolutely wonderful to work with!  We had an issue with a previous builder and were referred to Winfield through our realtor.  Right away, we knew that this builder was going to be different compared to others we talked with.  Throughout the entire process, we were kept in constant communication...from answering our (various) questions to keeping us up to date on the progression of our build.  Beyond the impeccable customer service, the work completed was top-notch, high-quality craftsmanship.  You can tell that the subcontractors that Winfield works with take great pride in their work.  We were warned by friends and relatives that building a new home was going to be a stressful and complex process (and that we would be lucky if we made it through the process intact).  This was exactly the opposite with Winfield.  They made the process as stress-free as possible and helped us along the way from setting up our floorplans to selections and decisions we needed to make.  Were there delays and some issues along the way?  Of course...but any issues were addressed right away and were handled with the utmost care and timeliness.  If you are looking to build a custom quality-built home in a low-stress environment, Winfield Homes should be at the top of your list.
