No response for over 2 weeks in the middle of summer. They should help with the warranty and instead won't call us back. **★ — Caitlin T, Sept. 2018** > Horrible service. Understaffed and can't meet needs of current customers, so don't even consider switching to them if you are new to the area. They charge top dollar for opening and closing service, but scheduling is unreliable and the work is messy (cover hardware was left strewn and my cover was in the woods for mice to chew through). Also, it's impossible to get a quote for any additional requests - we were willing to pay for new lights, cover, heater etc. -- but could never even get a quote after 2 years. The final straw was during this year's opening service, we requested the skimmer be tested and was assured they would make sure it was "functioning properly" -- we arrived to a leaking skimmer with erosion around the pool.
