We asked our agent if they knew the builders and thankfully they did. We were introduced to the Mosier's and began working with them in August of 2021 on our home. My husband and I had never been through this process, and were in the middle of packing/preparing for a relocation and selling our other home so the level of stress was already high. Amy and Adam made this process tremendously easy. The level of communication, integrity, and care they put in to everything they do is unmatched. They were with us every single step of the way from appliance selections, cabinetry, to landscaping. Once we moved to Austin and while the home was being built we worked with Amy and Jackie on the interior design for the home and just like the build it's been a pleasure. Adam was very responsive to questions and concerns around schedule and cost. I was also very happy with the post-sale support. Even when we didn't agree initially we were always able to figure them out. Any client should also be aware that this isn't a huge organization. That comes with a lot of benefits, including the ones I mentioned above, and lower overhead.
