The first was ~23 years ago, so we were pleased to see that Martin and company were still in business and after our initial discussion with Martin and Spencer, we decided to use them again. > This reno involved a ground floor addition to our living room, removal of interior walls, new windows/doors and a complete kitchen remodel. Channel worked closely with us to understand our requirements and developed a detailed plan which included a line-by-line budget, engineered drawings and a detailed timeline. Channel has cultivated strong, long term, working relationships with their trades and we found them all to be professional and respectful of our home. > The project was initially scheduled to take 4 months and even with the supply chain disruptions due to covid we were only a few weeks longer than planned. As with any major renovation there were a few issues that needed to be addressed and these were rectified immediately with no push back.
