> I have worked with Karrie Seaton on two homes in 12 South and proudly placed my home on two home tours because of her skill.  Staying in budget is sometimes an issue, but Karrie allows my personal aesthetic to thrive under her knowledgeable hand.  My first house was a new build, and she selected all of my lighting, wallpaper, paint colors and fixtures.  My second home is 140+ years old, and she designed a new kitchen, converted a bedroom into a dressing room, and designed built-in bookcases and selected fabulous wallpaper for my music room.  I have seen so many old home designs where the designer has gutted the home and removed all character.  Karrie embraced the imperfections and complemented the history beautifully.

However, on the day of your deadline, our principal designer experienced a life-threatening medical emergency and was rushed to the hospital. When her condition was stabilized and she was released, the designer made sure to send you the completed project the same night.

A: Hi Poise, The material on the right is an onyx print wallpaper from York Wallcoverings. It comes in several colorways and can be purchased through J&K Design Studio. Thanks!

Need color of blue wall and is white satin, flat?

A: Hi Masper2009, The navy blue walls are Hale Navy from Benjamin Moore. We do not have the ceiling color or finish, as this was a showhouse and all of the ceilings were specified by the showhouse committee. Thanks for your interest!

Where is the mirror above the bed from?

The mirror was another one of the client's personal items that she had purchased prior to the renovation. You can find similar mirrors from Uttermost.

A: Hi Lisa, It is a beautiful bed! This was one of the items that the homeowner already had and wanted to incorporate into the design. We would suggest looking at Mitchell Gold for an upholstered bed that is just as dreamy. Thanks!
