> Mohammed ( James Parker)  and Ebi were hired to come in and renovate our new home. 1st mistake.

> Without asking anything they started ripping up the home, thus creating a need for more and expensive work. Needless to say, right off the bat there were problem with the work. From the spotty craftsmanship, to the astronomical costs associated with all the work, I would never recommend this company to anyone. They could not sand a wall properly, and the granite that was delivered, while nice had many issues that were never fixed. They truly did not care. They suggested that we get more expensive features in the home and they would in turn transfer the costs onto their next " rich " client. If this contactor is willing to do things and suggest things such as this, I would rethink about hiring them. Example: adding a few hundred here to someone else's granite or toilet or tile purchases. Very shady. We did NOT get more expensive items to be able to pass along the costs too.
>  The fixtures starting falling apart a year after paying over 100,000 for the work that was done, only to have the contractor give us a cock and bull story about how he would fix the issues... Nothing was ever fixed. We had a budget of 75,000. This was blown out of the water by cost overruns and adding items that were not asked for but expected to be paid for. Very unprofessional. Would show up at weird hours and work for an hour and leave. Would show up unannounced late in the evening, to just chat for no apparent reason.

We were truly ripped off. I have seen homes with 1/2 the costs as ours with 10 times more bang for the buck. For 100+ grand in renos it should have been perfect.
