I have known and benefited from Hank’s extraordinary talents and positive attitude for the past 15 years. He has automated three of my homes and will be soon automating the four home. His ability to design and implement the most complicated integrated home automation of lighting, audio/video, climate, security and other systems far surpasses his competition. To the user, local and remote control of home automation systems is simple from wall plates, tablets, laptops and smart phones. In particular, Hank is exceptionally proficient in installing and programming Crestron systems, which most installers struggle to implement. Consequently, I employed Hank to redesign and install new equipment and wiring to replace a competitor’s dysfunctional system in my out-of-state home. In addition to his competence, Hank has a refreshing attitude of imagination and willingness. He is not defensible when he makes a mistake, which he quickly and competently corrects. Hank truly stands above the crowd.
