Exceptional customer service and very high quality work. The package of information included with the estimate included references, detailed photos of the carpentry work that was to be performed, proof of license and insurance -- everything I wanted, without having to ask. The project managers were highly professional and responsive to questions, and the crews were very prompt, courteous and careful from prep to clean-up. On walk-through, we discovered one baseboard that should have been replaced, but instead had just been painted over. The team responded with an immediate fix, and we noted that they had done a bit of work above and beyond the scope of the estimate. A three-year warranty provides definite peace of mind, not that we feel we will need it. Finally, the team bought us bagels at the end as a "thank you, " when clearly it was us who should have provided the gift. Given the extent of the work, the project was expensive, but based on our experience, worth the investment. The foreman, Fabio, was great at communicating what would be happening each day. While doing the prep work, one side of the house was found to have extensive wood rot, which Painters Plus was able to repair. Their carpentry cost came in under the insurance estimate, which was nice. The house looks great. I'm thinking about having them come back every couple years for a light powerwash and touch-ups as needed. The guys showed up on-time and were clean, polite, and very professional. They knew the industry well and could advise on colors and hues. During the project, we continued to add rooms to the scope as we were completely 'wowed' by not only how well the job was going, but the end results were spectacular. > > We contracted them back in November 2016 and in early March 2017 we notice some of the paint chipping from the ceiling so I called up them up and they sent a rep up the next day to look into the issue and determined that our ceiling had some calcimine in it and thus should have been painted with an oil base paint.
