> We just recently had Kathleen help us with our new home construction in Heber City.  She assisted with the exterior and interior. From helping us choose the perfect exterior color, to choosing interior flooring and countertops, to picking out every light, we have been so pleased with the end results. We have a traditional style, and she was excellent at listening to what we liked and then improving upon it.  She is well respected by the vendors and contractors she works with. They know and like her and you can tell they give her their best efforts. She is also organized and available when you need her.

> My husband and I bought a townhouse in Midway but it needed a lot of work.  We found Kathleen on line and hired her.  The work started with a kitchen back splash and new flooring and paint throughout.  We then moved on to furnishings and décor.  Kathleen took time initially to determine our tastes and then we just let her do her job.  The results are fantastic.  Kathleen was great to work with.  She located other workers as needed, such as an electrician and someone to hang art.  We were especially appreciative of her "follow through" with work being done and furnishings.  She kept track of our invoices for everything, provided us with payment information to other workers and made sure that all items were received or that we were credited.  This was very important to us as we are not full time residents in the area.  We were not familiar with stores or service providers.  We felt that Kathleen, had our back at all times.  The furnishings she selected are amazing.  I had asked her to be mindful of the depth of chairs and couches as I am a small person and my husband is tall.  She actually measured the seating depth and seat height on pieces so that they would be comfortable for both of us. Our place has a "sitting room" that is the first room people see when they come in.  It also has a very high ceiling.  We were not sure what to do in that area.  Kathleen's selections for that room are particularly great.  The room is grand and yet cozy.  I have already recommended Kathleen to others.  Her charges for her service to us were reasonable and we love our townhouse.
