> Savas is the owner of this company. He installed new tile flooring and bathroom plumbing and accessories. He performed comprehensive work in my bathroom. There were a few issues with the bathroom after a poorly done remodel by the previous owner of my home. He addressed and corrected every issue.
> His attitude is professional at all times. He makes sure to drape the carpet and floors before performing the work for that day. However, he did not complete my job according to the contract that he wrote up. He tried to complete the job within the period of time specified. He ended up having to come back to address details that were not completed previously. Because I noted how hard he had worked to complete the job in time, I paid him before he addressed all of the details in line with the contract. He said he would return to finalize the job and did not show up. My bathroom is operational and tiled but still needs final touches to look finished.
