Howerever the workmanship was not without flaws. There are a few areas where the tiles are not quite level with each other. That leaves edges that could cause old folks to trip. Bare (unpainted) wood is exposed where the electrical outlets are so low on the wall that the new baseboard had to be knotched leaving an exposed edge of the wood. The type of protective pads used on the furniture legs was opposite the advice given by office staff, The additional cost for floating the concrete floors was quite surprisingly larger($750) than expected as was the cost($300) to cover certain walls with plastic. The door frame through which the two sofas were carried was damaged and will need to be repaired and repainted. Although the length of baseboard needed for the job was measured twice, nearly 30% more was needed before the job could be completed. Customer service was excellent-especially the late change of type/color of tile for one room. The English spoken by the crew leader was difficult to understand. The very good quality of workmanship more than compensated for that difficult communication. I enjoyed working with the attentive, polite and courteous crew.
