> Terrible experience. At first everyone was very nice and great to work with, however after they did the full roof replacement to fix leaking in certain areas there was still leaking and seal issues in those same areas.  Peter with Evergreen Co. came out three times to look at the issues and determined each time that it was not the roof and referred us to a stucco company they work with.  We got a quote from the stucco company for $5k in repairs which stated the roof flashing we just had installed would need to be redone and there were seal issues on the roof.  Finally the owner of Evergreen came out and had two gentlemen caulk parts of the roof that were leaking and promised they would cover the cost of the plaster repair that was damaged after our roof was “fixed”, I followed up with him twice and he never followed through on the fix. Incredibly frustrating as it seems we never had to replace the roof in the first place and after it was fixed they were unresponsive and irresponsible.

> I hired Joe Hahs and Evergreen Construction after my house had significant damage during a recent hail storm. I needed a new roof, new siding, new gutters, new windows, new garage door, and new stain and paint. The entire project was approximately $36,000. My favorite part of working with Joe was his communication and effort in making me feel like I was the only one who had damage. My house was one of the first to be completed in the neighborhood while other houses had no work done yet. His crews were solid workers, did a great job making the house look like no damage occurred, and cleaned up after themselves. I will definitely hire Joe again if I need other work done.

> Upon the presale inspection of my home, I was informed that I had CertainTeed New Horizon Shingles and the roof was in need of replacement.  I priced out three contractors and their previous clients recommendations and came to the conclusion that Evergreen Construction Company was my only clear choice. From start to finish Evergreen took care of everything, from working with my home insurer to the city home building inspector. Evergreen recommended upgrades that were cost efficient as well as updating the roof to meet current building inspection codes. Evergreen showed up on time, expeditiously ordered the material and installed them. Afterwards, they cleaned the area better than before they started and got a kudos from the home inspector on the installation. This made me, the homeowner, feel as thou I had made the proper choice with Evergreen.  Joe Hahs and crew is knowledgeable in the current building codes, extremely professional, easy to work with and the reroofing process went as expected. I strongly recommend using Joe Hahs and Evergreen Construction Company for your roofing and window replacement needs.
