All aspects of the experience were positive. I was impressed from the very beginning with their roof replacement proposal. The sales office worked with me on the price as well as giving me advice on working with my insurance company. When the initial job was complete, the foreman came out, got on the roof, and quality checked the project. After completion, C2 sent crews to my house (several times) to check, and double check for nails on the ground. C2 made sure I was satisfied with the cleanup. It is clear to me that this company prides itself on excellent workmanship, professionalism, and customer satisfaction. Once the windows and doors were delivered, they arrived promptly the next day for installation of 23 windows a front door, a patio door and a side door off of our deck. They worked in the windows the first day, and called to add more workers so they could finish on time that day, which they did. They cleaned up all old window debris, and vacuumed interior areas. The next day, they sent a crew to install the doors. They did a beautiful job, and took time to make sure the locks worked properly and were aligned for easy use. We are completely satisfied with the windows that were installed, and the high quality of the doors. Everything fits well and looks fantastic!
