I was very much impressed by his approach. He was very detailed in understanding my requirements, analyzing living room measurements & type of furniture used. He has much patience in listening customer requirements. Then,he came up with different options from speakers to receivers in specific areas like patio, living room & kitchen. Information was so detailed that helped me to really understand essence of sound in each area. During installation,he is very detailed, slow & steady and is never in rush to complete. He took care of every request we made while installation and finishing is so perfect that no one can even differentiate if the ceiling is cut and applied back. Through out the process, he is vey through, professional, active, clear & perfect. > > My review would not complete if I conclude here. In the whole process we encountered an specific problem where audio of from TV apps and not passed to zone 2 speakers in patio > ( we noticed that this is common issue for any receivers).I mentioned that this is very much needed. The wiring previously linked to an amp and music playing system that is being removed by the seller. We now have all of our CD music burned to playlists and HAD BEEN using a Bluetooth speaker to play it. Do we want to buy an amp and connect an iPad so we can enjoy the top quality sound that these Bose speakers can produce? And if so, any other suggestions? Thanks. A: If it's not too late, it's always a good idea to take a picture of the equipment that the seller is removing. It's always helpful to know what was there and how it was configured. To answer your question, yes, you want to buy a multi-channel amp to power the speakers in your rooms. It's important to know how many rooms and speakers per room you will be powering to inform the requirements of the amp. Another important consideration to determine is how the owner controlled the system, and how you would like to control the system? Are there volume controls or keypads in the rooms?
