He was able to meet a tight deadline that we had given him and actually finished a week before our deadline. He kept on budget although things came up on the remodel that was out of his control. He worked with us to give us a reasonable price for anything additional that needed to be done that was out of the scope of his original work. He was easy to reach, available all the time, and provided a lot of good advice regarding what we should/should not do. He worked closely with our architect and oversaw the entire project ensuring that each step was done to his standards (which are very high) in a timely fashion. We added to our kitchen and reconfigured the entire second floor to create a new master suite, divide the old master bedroom into a kid’s bedroom and a second full bath, and add larger closets into the other bedrooms. > > We had a tight timeframe because we wanted to have all the work completed before we had our 3rd child.
