> Stay away from this vendor, especially if you are building new pool!! There are several reasons for this:
> 1\. They took 18 months to barely complete the pool  build and with so many incomplete things still remaining, that too with constant follow up 2-3 times a week.
> 2\. During each phase, even after I made payments on time and showed flexibility as per their need (check vs. card), I had to constantly follow-up. They missed ETAs provided by them numerous times.
> 3\. After the last payment was made, they stopped caring about all remaining incomplete things that were supposed to be completed in the final and previous phases.
> 4\. Daniel lies frequently to cover up. e.g. He told me that he applied for city permit and paid all fees and after a month, when nothing happened, I checked with the city to find out that he did not make any payments. I told him several times to be upfront but he is just habitual to lying and covering up.
> 5\. The quality of work performed is poor. There are leveling issues on spillover edge, concrete patio and overall workmanship.
> 6\. He just sends his crew but never visits himself to guide, supervise or make sure if the work is done right. I had to literally check with his crew many times to correct their mistakes.
