Colton Keister of Swift Run Renovations was exceedingly thorough and prompt in his communications with me. I did tweak the scope several times, and Colton was able to quickly provide me with revised estimates. The estimated cost for this project was on par with those from larger businesses. One of the initial deciding factors in awarding the project to Swift Run Renovations was the fact that I received clear and timely communication from Colton. > Colton maintained COVID-19 precautions. He removed tile and subflooring; new subfloor was installed; and a plumber connected a new flange. It was not discovered until after the grout had dried that one tile had set at a slight angle and its corner was protruding upwards. Colton expertly removed that tile, as well as two other pieces, and set new tile in their place. I commend his meticulous approach, for there is not the slightest evidence that any tile had to be removed after the initial grout had set: everything is completely uniform. Colton removed an embedded medicine cabinet, restored drywall, hung a large mirror, and installed a new vanity, all perfectly done. > I discussed several other projects with Colton upon completion of the bathroom. I found Colton to be personable and knowledgeable, and I was particularly impressed with the skill he displayed with the tile.
