We started with a virtual meeting where we reviewed my goals for the different rooms and my general style esthetic. She then presented an e-design that showed me the space in 3D with various selections for me to choose from. Once I made selections, Kelly provided specific links through which I could purchase the pieces I previously selected. Once we got to the bathroom remodeling she even coordinated with my contractor to help them when they had questions.
