> Our project is well underway! Exponent was chosen to renovate our 200 year old Victorian property, and restore it to its former glory. Unfortunately, it has gone through many poor renovations over the last two centuries, but this was nothing to stop Ethan from envisioning what it could become. His team is so professional and up front. He was beyond detailed with his estimate, and we were able to sign off that the price we agreed was the price we paid. No magical fees added in or surprises. Even when we uncovered some unexpected issues, he immediately had a solution that didn't add any time to the project. We expect the project to be complete in May, and thus far the experience has been flawless in professionalism, schedule, and communication. Overall, I cannot speak highly enough of Exponent!
