I brought the furnishings in to stage and complement the room within the existing blue /gray accent wall color Paint colors can look very different in photos, depending upon the photographer's lighting, and the amount of daylight or lack thereof in a room. And actually, in some photos of that particular room, that wall looks more blue (as in the photo above) and other photos look more gray. If I were to make a guess just looking at the photo above, my best guesstimate would be to look at samples of Sherwin Williams 9146 Faded Flaxflower, or 6226 Lanquid Blue. I would check with your township, borough, or any other governing agency in regards to building codes and any stipulations for the access to the egress window, as well as any exterior improvements off of your patio door as you may need permits to make any exterior changes that provide for the safe use of both the patio door and egress window. You would want to make sure you're within the recommended guidelines for such. If you have an HOA I would also check with them as you may also need their approval prior to any exterior changes to your home.
