> We ordered a knife set that was delivered with a scratch knife block. Sent it back and it's been weeks and I have not received my refund. Contact the seller, and all they tell me is that it will be processed in 3-4 days.... it's been another week since then.
> There are so many retailers out there.. shouldn't have to wait more than 3 weeks to get a refund... very frustrating

A: The cooking surface is 16", the diameter without the handles is 18".  If you place your order today, it will ship tomorrow and you will receive it by mid week next week.  Thank you!

I see the size of this (9x9x6) is smaller than other spiralizers advertised (12x8x6).  Is that why this one is cheaper, it is a smaller version?
