It cost me far to much that next time I'll find another store to shop from that has better service. **★ — hrgeprags, July 2024** > I recently spent over a week working with an associate to purchase over $20,000 of furniture to my home. Once we had the details and pricing worked out the sales associate said I need to pay in full even though the order would not be ready till October. I said I have never heard of pay in full usually it's a 3rd down now and remainder when delivery is scheduled. Their answer was we can't afford to offer that, you other option is to apply for credit with them which I said no to. I spoke to a manager which resulted in nothing. I went to another local store, got the exact same order filled in one day, $2,000 less and they only wanted a third down now on my credit card. Be careful and shop around. And let me add I asked to speak to the owner and the answer was that's not possible. I guess a $20,000 order is nothing to them.
