**★★★★★ — John Kraemer & Sons, June 2014**

> We recently had the pleasure of working with Brooke on a new home construction project on Lake Minnetonka. She worked in close collaboration with us, the Architect, and the client to create a beautiful home that we are all very proud of. Brooke is kind, funny, energetic, and wildly talented. She is proficient in a wide array of design styles, and we are excited to work on many more projects with her in the future. If you are looking for a designer for a renovation project or new home, I recommend you talk to Brooke. You'll be happy you did!

> Brooke Voss is the very best. Smart, savvy, respectful. She can make a modest budget look dynamite by being incredibly in tune with her clients as well as the very best of design. On a scale of 1 to 5, she's a 10.

## Community Q&A

**Q: I love this tub! Do you know any info on it? Thanks!** *(in Photo Questions)*

Gorgeous bathroom.

A: Hello! To find a similar tub call Kelly at Montaggio or Marnie at Ferguson in Minneapolis.

**Q: Cream Crackle Tile** *(in Photo Questions)*

Do you mind telling me where you purchased the cream crackle tile? I am looking for something similar in the MN area where I won't have to pay shipping charges. Thank you!

A: I don't, but try Kate Lo tile and ask them if they still have N7956 crackle subway tile. I just found a sample of it in our resource library. It will be around $15 s/f. Good luck!

**Q: Art** *(in Photo Questions)*

Hi
Where can I purchase the nest pictures/prints?
Thanks,
Magda

A: Hi Magda,
Your interior designer can order these for you from a company called Art Classics LTD. They do only sell to the design trade. They can also be made in any size you want. Thank you!

**Q: Where is this sectional from?** *(in Photo Questions)*

A: Hello! The sofa is from a company called Camerich, but American Leather and Lee Industries do similar models:) Have a great day!

**Q: Beautiful built-ins. What is the usable depth of the built-ins?** *(in Photo Questions)*

A: Hi! As a general rule of thumb, actual bookshelves can be as little as 10" deep or as much as 14" deep. 12" deep bookshelves are my favorite. Medium sized objects and books fit without getting lost. Base cabinet storage can really vary depending on what you need to store. If it's a/v components make sure you measure them AND their plug molds to ensure they fit. If you're not confident on your measurements enlist a designer to redline your cabinet plans;)

**Q: Coffee table** *(in Photo Questions)*

Coffee table is unique....what brand? Is it still available to puchase

A: hello! the cocktail table is burnished metal with a grey stone top from Noir Furniture. www.noirfurniturela.com
