Always on the look out for fresh home design ideas and resources, I asked her for a recommendation for fine art framing. Not only did she give me a great local source, I discovered a perfect fit for helping me prepare one of my rental properties for a real estate listing. > > I liked examples of JV Staging work on the website so invited Valerie to view the property. Valerie was early for the appointment and prepared with a tapemeasure, camera and great ideas. The three bedroom condo needed some TLC, having had rowdy renters there for over 3 years. The kitchen and two baths were outdated but I was on a minimal budget to make it market ready. Valerie instantly understood it's mid-century charm and worked with me through proposed cosmetic improvements. > > I was impressed with her checklist approach room by room to play up best features.
