Having never used this site, we didn't really know what to expect, but after reading the rave reviews for Custom Design Carpentry, we decided to give them our projects.  They renovated 2 1/2 bathrooms for us plus did lots of painting and refinished floors. It was a ton of work!  Sing was very communicative and sensitive to our needs.  They were timely and were very patient with changes we made along the way.  We have an old house in Montclair, so often times there are "surprises" once you gut the rooms but they handled all of the changes very professionally. They got the permits for us and we basically stuck to our time schedule unless we asked for a change or addition to the project. Sing is very knowledgeable about general contracting and I would highly recommend him and his team for your project!
